Today, I give myself the gift of forgiveness. I forgive all others who may have harmed me emotionally, spiritually, or physically.
In my evolving spiritual understanding, I realize that forgiveness of all actual or perceived wrongdoing sets me free because forgiveness is for me, not the other person.
It doesn't mean I condone the actions that caused me pain. It is a choice to move forward without carrying the heavy burden of bitterness.
Forgiveness is an amazing way to love myself. It is taking back control and preventing the painful behavior from continuing to wound my heart.
I deserve the peace of forgiveness!
