There are times when I find myself in judgment of other people’s decisions. I witness their challenges and think about what I would do and why.
In those moments, I catch myself. I quiet my thoughts and connect with my higher self. I look at what I’m judging and disconnect from my ego.
In my witnessing, I acknowledge and focus on the divinity and perfection that is present in every person, respecting the spiritual journey of every soul that surrounds me.
