Releasing Overwhelm - Prayer for 9.18.22

When I am feeling overwhelmed, I give myself the grace to sit with you and breathe.

Within minutes of my decision to focus my attention on you, I feel you lifting my awareness up.

As I release my worries, the weight of emotions that felt heavy and distracting are released. I recognize that everything I need to move through this moment is available.

I feel your wisdom flowing through me, offering me both ideas and peace of mind.

Once clear, I return to the tasks at hand renewed, refreshed, and open to all possibilities.
