Quieting the Noise - Prayer for August 10, 2022

When I find myself caught up in negative news stories, I remind myself to turn to you.

When the electronic devices of our world pull me into fear and worry, I turn them off or put them down.

In my commitment to my spiritual journey, I make the conscious decision to quiet the noise and be with you.

I choose peace.

I choose faith.

I return to love.

I return to you.
