Peaceful Sleep - Prayer for 10/12/22

As I toss and turn in bed, I try to will myself to fall asleep. Realizing that my overactive mind is keeping me awake, I turn inward to the God Spirit within.

I ask that my thoughts be guarded and my mind be calmed. It is then that I am able to release the day's events and concerns.

As I replace worrisome thoughts with peaceful images, relaxation and tranquility settle into my body and mind.

Loving Spirit, thank you for watching over me as I sleep.
