Every breath is a divine reminder of the life within me. I inhale peace and exhale worry, allowing the rhythm of my breathing to anchor me in this moment. With every inhale, I feel grounded; with every exhale, I release what no longer serves me. My breath is my guide, steadying my spirit and calming my heart.
