In those moments when I feel anger either at another or from another, may I seek you out with purpose.
May I open myself up to your guidance giving me the ability to step out of the sweeping tide of this strong emotion so that I can listen.
May I open myself up enough to know that there is a greater message underneath the cover of harsh words or actions.
May I open myself up to your wisdom and the possibility of peace.
May I allow this emotion to serve as a catalyst for a transformative experience.
