Love that Lives - Prayer for July 31, 2022

I reach to you, Divine Spirit, when I feel trapped inside sadness and grief.

I know that you live in my heart, even when outside conditions press down inside me and are painful.

I reach to you, knowing that your strength and wisdom will carry me through the difficult days.

In your presence, with my focus on you, I feel love and it fuels my faith that I can make it through the darkness and experience the beauty and light of this life again.
