Living in the Now - Prayer for June 17, 2022

Dear God,

Today is a gift and I am so very grateful. All of my needs are met. There is peace in my heart and a deep sense of connection to the people around me.

As I focus my attention on living in the "now" I make time to look for and appreciate the beauty of the world around me.

I am centered and grounded.
