In the surge of emotions, I seek space to truly feel without suppression.


As a spiritual being in human form, I honor every emotion as natural.


I honor the wisdom that understands without judgment, and I let feelings flow freely.


I am reminded of Spirit's ever-present love and compassion, flowing in and through me in every moment.
