There are many things I will do on “auto-pilot” today; so many of them I will do exactly the same way I did them yesterday (and the day before).
As I contemplate the fact that much of my life is lived on auto-pilot, without nearly as much conscious thought as I would prefer, I reach out to you asking for your help.
May I make time to stop and pay attention to the flow of my life and my choices.
May I ask more questions and leverage the wisdom my experiences have given me.
May I appreciate the helpful nature of the “auto-pilot” experience but never let it remove me from fully experiencing my life with all of its mystery and wonder.
