Caring for My Physical Health - Prayer for 5/3/23


When I address my physical health, I align my consciousness with Spirit.


I harmonize my health with the one presence, one power in the universe.


I pray for the greater realization of Truth within my body.


I open myself to let Spirit be expressed in all systems operating inside me.


I incorporate this understanding into all my self-care choices with reverence and love.
