Beloved Spirit - Prayer for 10/4/22

There are moments, Beloved Spirit, that I forget how miraculous you are. I get caught up in daily demands and don’t make time to remember the wonder of life that you have created inside me and all that I love.

May I make time today to ponder the intelligence of you inside the rhythmic beating of my heart.

May I close my eyes and release the dramas of life, allowing your peace to settle into my muscles and bones.

May I breathe gratitude into my lungs and watch it travel throughout my entire physical being.

May I whisper love into my body seeing the magic that you are and I am.
