Belonging - Prayer for July 11, 2022

Sometimes my actions are overly influenced by the needs of others.

In these times, I will devote myself to the goals of others more than myself. I will give of myself and not give to myself.

Though I may take pride in being dependable, helpful and giving, I ask for your help, in simply learning how to be present for myself.

I belong to me and in that truth, I belong to you.
